HOW WE WORK


  • Due to our love of travel, we have explored all corners of the globe but we love collaborating with local partners who are the in country experts. We spend a lot of time establishing these relationships to ensure you are in the best hands when on the ground.

    We specialise in our clients rather than in any one particular destination and like to get to know you as much as possible in order to make your trip perfect.

    We can arrange all of your trips and you can see us as your ‘go to’ travel expert and we love constantly inspiring our clients with new ideas.

  • We like to get to know you and how you like to travel as much as possible before starting to plan a trip. For new clients, we have a simple online form to complete.

  • With over 20 years in the travel industry and a little black book full of amazing global contacts, we offer independent advice and a lot of first hand experience. This combined with our passion for travel, strengths in logistics and operations and attention to detail means we can create transformational travel experiences for you that are seamless and stress free. Our reputation in the industry and affiliations with all the top hotel brands means we can offer you the best of the best whilst still having a strong personal connection with you throughout the booking and duration of your stay.

    We create interactive itineraries so you can really get excited about your upcoming holiday and we can communicate with you by Whatsapp, email or phone.

  • Each holiday is different depending on destination and time of year but we like to look after all your travel needs and pride ourselves on being your travel expert year round. However, on average our tailor-made itineraries begin at around £1,000/ $1,500 per day inclusive of accommodation, private guiding and transportation based on 2 people.

  • As we want to be able to offer a very personal service for all the holidays we create, we limit the number of clients we take on and spend more time on each one. After an initial conversation where we talk about how we work, if you want us to start planning your trip, we charge a fee of £400/$500 per travel week depending on the complexity of the trip and how many people are travelling. This allows us to be on hand throughout the booking stages and whilst you are away.

  • Yes of course – I am happy to offer a consultation service if you prefer to book and manage the trip yourself. This starts at £400/$500 depending on the destination and complexity of your trip

  • We sell flights ex UK as part of a package through our ATOL bonding (7514) and internationally under our IATA licence (91-2 0005 6). Any flights that do not start in the UK we charge a 10% booking fee. If you prefer to handle your own flights, you will be responsible for any changes or cancellations

  • Although we do not offer travel insurance, we can point you in the direction of trusted partners and always recommend taking out insurance before booking a trip.

  • We are fully bonded by 360 Private Travel to sell flights and packages under our ATOL licence which means your money is 100% safe with us. Making your first payment towards the confirmed booking signifies acceptance of our Terms & Conditions

  • We have bank accounts in multiple currencies and you can pay by bank transfer or credit card. To avoid FX fluctuations, we can confirm the total cost at the time of booking and you can pay us, or if it is just a hotel booking and you wish to pay direct, you are subject to their exchange rate at the time of travel.

  • Once you have booked and payment has been taken, we will confirm all the arrangements and send you your final itinerary. Before you travel we can advise on entry requirements, what to take, local etiquette and recommendations and all that is left is to start looking forward to your holiday!
