AMY WELFARE
Amy’s incurable wanderlust has seen her travel to some of the most remote corners of the globe. From idyllic tropical islands to remote highlands and vibrant cities, she is always seeking her next great adventure. She has explored Peru’s Amazon jungle and mystical mountains of the Sacred Valley; Papua New Guinea’s indigenous tribes and technicolour birds of paradise; spent time with bush trackers and teams tackling rhino poaching in Zimbabwe and hiked remote wilderness trails in rural Japan to name a few.
SIMON DUTTON
Following extensive careers in both the military and the commercial world, Simon has joined AW Private Travel to help meet the needs of the growing company. He has travelled extensively both work and leisure and also brings a wealth of business acumen, attention to detail and people skills that perfectly complements Amy’s destination knowledge and industry contacts.
Simon combines his love of travel with paragliding and cycling!

Following 12 years at Scott Dunn, one the UK’s top luxury tour operators, and a year living and working in Sri Lanka, Amy discovered the profound effect that a truly bespoke service has on each individual travel experience. Having returned to the UK full of passion and inspiration, Amy founded AW Private Travel in 2016. As a private travel company, we specialise in our clients and spend time really getting to know you. In turn, we can hand-craft every holiday, tailoring it around individual preferences, and interests - using many years of experience and our extensive network of trusted contacts.
This truly personal service provides suggestions, planning and management of your future holidays - inspiration for far-flung adventures, sabbaticals, honeymoons, family gatherings and everything in between…. we are always following the newest and most exciting additions to the travel stage.
